Jenn is a client satisfaction focused individual with exceptional attention to detail.  She has an extensive experience in the hospitality industry working with people from different backgrounds.  Jenn serves as the lead point of contact for groups with 35+ rooms on peak.

Vincent Brown

Sales Manager

Vincent started his career as a Director of Sales in Audio Visual for various convention hotels in the bay area, providing event technology solutions to meetings and events.  His passion for the hotel industry lead him to a sales position at Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf.   His diverse skills engaging with guests, collaborating with clients and developing creative solutions allow him to thrive in his role.  He infuses qualities like passion and enthusiasm into his everyday work.  Vincent handles groups between ten to thirty-four on peak.

Addison Gonzalez

Catering and Convention Services Manager

Born in San Francisco and later settling in San Diego, Addison formative years were rooted in the coastal city. Her journey took a significant turn when she ventured to upstate New York for her undergraduate education at Cornell University, culminating in a recent graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration.

During her time at Cornell, she immersed herself in a series of internships at prestigious resorts back in San Diego. It all began with a Resort Recreation Internship at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, where she assumed responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various facilities including the spa, childcare amenities, fitness centers, and even an archery range. The subsequent two summers provided her with the opportunity to delve into the complexities of hotel operations at the Park Hyatt Aviara. Here, she engaged in a rotational internship within the Rooms division, undergoing comprehensive training across different departments week by week.

Growing up in San Diego, she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors, including activities like hiking, beach outings, and leisurely strolls with captivating views, particularly during sunset. She also has a penchant for creativity, indulging in various artistic pursuits such as painting canvases, crafting ceramics, and engaging in DIY projects. Always on the lookout for new culinary experiences, she enjoys exploring different restaurants and satisfying her sweet tooth, whether through baking at home or discovering delightful treats elsewhere.
