Jenn is a client satisfaction focused individual with exceptional attention to detail.  She has an extensive experience in the hospitality industry working with people from different backgrounds.  Jenn serves as the lead point of contact for groups with 35+ rooms on peak.

Vincent Brown

Sales Manager

Vincent started his career as a Director of Sales in Audio Visual for various convention hotels in the bay area, providing event technology solutions to meetings and events.  His passion for the hotel industry lead him to a sales position at Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf.   His diverse skills engaging with guests, collaborating with clients and developing creative solutions allow him to thrive in his role.  He infuses qualities like passion and enthusiasm into his everyday work.  Vincent handles groups between ten to thirty-four on peak.

Victor Castellanos

Catering and Convention Services Manager

Victor joined the hospitality industry after having the opportunity of gaining his experience in event management and customer relations at UC Davis, overseeing small to large events.  He is responsible for planning, organizing and managing details for large group and convention bookings.  He is the liaison between the hotel and meeting planners in discussing meeting room arrangements, plan food and beverage requirements, and coordinate all aspects of conferences.
