Executive Chef, Vincent Ong is the mastermind behind the carefully crafted menu at Brick and Beam, The Ward Room and as well as our event spaces.  With over a decade of professional cooking experience under his belt, Chef Vince is known for his creative take on classic California inspired dishes, paired with a strict attention to detail.  He prides himself on keeping the menu fresh and inspiring, serving our guests a diverse menu.
